Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed tour bookings may be transferred or refunded up to 7 days prior to the date and time of tour booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of departure. Booking fee of $20.00 applies.
All tours are subject to change at the discretion of Go Wild Hokitika for reasons of weather conditions, road conditions and /or operational requirements. Go Wild Hokitika will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
All bookings are refundable in the event that Go Wild Hokitika cancels the service (excluding $20.00 booking fee).
Terms and Conditions
While all care wil be taken, Go Wild Hokitika will not be liable for sickness or injury to customer/s, or any damage to or loss of property while travelling on tour, or undertaking a service/activity that Go Wild Hokitika recommends. There is no travel, medical, personal accident, personal baggage, money or public liability insurance cover included in the price of tour.
Go Wild Hokitika reserves the right to remove any person/s if they believe they are threatening the safety and enjoyment of the other travellers or guide. This may result in the termination of your tour. There will be no refunds and customer will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point onward.
Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such a condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to declare will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and may exclude you from the tour.
Ultimately this is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with these terms. All prices are in $NZD and includes GST of 15% (goods and services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
